Thank you for your interest in our congress.

 

The paper evaluation phase has been completed. Notifications have been uploaded to the system and your status information has been sent to your e-mail address, which is also your username in the system.

 

The registration phase must be completed in order to start the idRc 2025 program studies. For this purpose, our participants whose declaration has been accepted are requested to deposit their participation fee to the IBAN number below by 26.09.2025.

 

Papers for which the participation fee has not been paid will not be included in the congress program.

 

Congress participation fee is 50 euros for Student Participants and 100 euros for Other Participants.

 

It is very important to write "Paper Number and Name of the Author Who Will Make the Presentation" in the description section when paying the participation fee. A badge will be printed with the name written in the description section. In cases where the name is not written in the description section, a badge will be printed in the name of "Responsible Author".

Dear idRC Participant,

idRc2025, being organized with the pioneership of Fırat University with the theme of “Learning from the Past for Build Back Better" will be held on a hybrid (physical/online) format 13-15 October.

idRc2025 will be held in Elazığ.

We will be more than glad to welcome you with your work within the scope of Resilience concept in this organization which is aimed at presenting and discussing studies from various disciplines working on Resilience concept on a common platform.

We will ask you to fill in the requested information completely.

You can upload your abstracts until September 05, 2025.

Submitting full papers is optional.

Submitted full papers will be published in “idRc2025 Full Paper Proceedings” after a refereeing process.

Participants who do not want to send full paper can also submit their improved version of their work to the journal of Resilience.

The language of the congress is both Turkish and English.

Studies from all disciplines related to resilience in our congress.

Your submissions will be evaluated by the Double Blind Referee method.

After evaluation, you will be notified through the system about the ACCEPTANCE / RESPONSIBILITY status of your papers until September 12, 2025.

The full texts of the papers presented will be evaluated and published in the book “idRc 2025 Full Papers”.

Participants, who wish, can extend and develop their papers to submit them as articles in Resilience Journal through the link “http://dergipark.gov.tr/resilience”.

Congress participation fee is 50 Euro for Student Participant and 100 Euro for Other Participants. Papers with incomplete registration will not be included in the program.

 

About journal options...

Participants who make presentations at our congress will be able to apply to the journals that support our congress by preparing an article instead of a full paper to go through the referee process. Manuscripts can be submitted to the journal directed by the text specially sent to the corresponding author by us.
